For me, it’s all about precision. With a lifetime of architectural model making behind me, it’s become normal to measure everything down to the millimetre – actually half millimetre! When confronted with “will it fit into the small lift that accesses the boardroom”, one tends to think projects through from initial design / requirements all the way to that lift; and beyond.

Understand exactly what is required and how it can be installed

Create initial design drawings and communicate back to the client for confirmation of overall approach and any design ideas

Using laser mark out techniques wherever possible create and assemble components

Taking into account all original criteria, install as neatly as possible
